As a new school year begins at St. Mary’s School, we reflect on the importance of a Catholic education. We know our community can be transformed by the Catholic and moral values instilled at our Christ-centered school. Unfortunately, not every parish family can afford a Catholic education but we believe every student should have the opportunity. As an alum, parent, grandparent, or even just someone who cares about Catholic education, you can make a difference!
The weekend of August 29th-30th, a second collection will be taken up at all of the Masses for the Adopt-A-Student Fund. These donations will provide financial assistance for St. Mary’s students whose families may not be able to afford this year’s tuition. Parishioner tuition for this school year at St. Mary’s is $4,000. There are a few ways to contribute to this fund. If you receive envelopes, new Adopt-A-Student envelopes are now being included in your regular packets. You can also drop cash or checks in the second collection being taken up at Mass. If you prefer to give online, you can visit the link below. Your support will make a meaningful impact on these students’ lives and no gift is too small.
