This week, St. Mary's Alumna, Anna Grace Braxton (class of 2016), announced that after her graduation from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Theatrical Performance with Honors, she will be serving as a missionary with the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS).

FOCUS serves over 200 college campuses throughout the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Germany, and Austria. Anna had this to say about how going to St. Mary's impacted her decision to join FOCUS: "Having a Catholic educational foundation has been a beautiful part of my faith journey. Religious education, the desire to prioritize my prayer life, and the frequenting of the sacraments planted the seeds for my college experience. Getting to encounter the Lord at all stages of my life has been a blessing, and has all been leading to this next chapter of my life."

Anna Grace and 400 new hires will begin training this summer at the Newman Center in Lincoln.
